HOW COVID-19 TESTING WORKS?
Step 1 – Upon arrival and before you enter the waiting room please put on a mask and proceed to front desk. (If you do not have a mask, we will be able to provide one)
Step 2 – Check-in at the front desk and have a seat in the waiting room. It is important to maintain 6 ft of social distancing at all times.
Step 3 – An UFC medical assistant will call you to your exam room.
Step 4 – An UFC provider will examine you and discuss with you what needs to be done.
Step 5 – After you are seen by the provider and given the appropriate medical care you will check out.
