COVID-19 Testing

 

In order to qualify for insurance to cover the COVID-19 tesing you must qualify for at LEAST 1 of the following symptoms:

  • Fever, chills
  • muscle pain
  • headache
  • sore throat
  • new loss of taste or smell
  • dry cough
  • shortness of breath.
  • Congestion or runny nose.
  • Nausea or vomiting.
  • Diarrhea.

*Or you should have been exposed to a patient who has COVID-19

HOW IT WORKS?

  • Step 1 – Schedule your COVID-19 testing Here
  • Step 2 – Drive to Urgent Family Care. Upon arrival STAY IN YOUR CAR and call us 1-865-288-7777
  • Step 3 – An UFC employee will call you and instruct you to proceed to one of our two designated exam rooms that are labeled with a large red number 1 or 2 on the door (As shown in the picture above).  Please DO NOT come in through the main entrance.  Please wear your mask upon entering the exam room.
  • Step 4 – An UFC provider will examine you and discuss with you testing options.
  • Step 5 – An UFC employee will give you discharge papers
