Urgent Care

We provide urgent medical care for patients ages 2 years old and above for the following illnesses and much more:

We accept most insurance plans.

For Self-pay:
The first visit is $150
Follow-up visits are $100

Occupational Health

We offer the following services:

  • Workers’ Compensation medical care
  • Pre-employment physicals
  • Drug and alcohol testing
  • Audiometric testing (hearing test)
  • DOT and non DOT drug screens
  • Insurance physicals
  • Flu vaccinations
  • Tuberculosis screenings
  • Visual screenings
  • DOT Physicals: At UFC the Department of Transportation (DOT) medical examination is done by one of our Certified Medical Examiners (CME) in accordance with the new Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) guideline. Our CME will issue certification for physically qualified drivers who are allowed to drive Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV).
