We offer primary care services and preventive medicine to adults age 18 years and older. We diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions and manage patients with multiple and complex medical problems.This includes:

- Hypertension
- Hypothyroidism
- Hyperlipidemia
- Asthma
- Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)

Occupational Health
We offer the following services:
- Workers’ Compensation medical care
- Pre-employment physicals
- Drug and alcohol testing
- Audiometric testing (hearing test)
- DOT and non DOT drug screens
- Insurance physicals
- Flu vaccinations
- Tuberculosis screenings
- Visual screenings
- DOT Physicals: At UFC the Department of Transportation (DOT) medical examination is done by one of our Certified Medical Examiners (CME) in accordance with the new Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) guideline. Our CME will issue certification for physically qualified drivers who are allowed to drive Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV).
