Telemedicine (Virtual Visit) is now available at Urgent Family Care.

Telemedicine is available during our normal business hours 7 days a week Monday through Sunday 8 am to 8 pm.

We’ll bring our Medical Provider to you to receive medical care through your smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer.

How much does an appointment cost?

Most insurance plans are paying for Telemedicine (Virtual visit) during the COVID-19 pandemic. The cost for self-pay Telemedicine is $75.

How do I make an appointment? 

  1. Call our clinic at (865) 288-7777.
  2. Our friendly team will set you up a virtual visit with one of our providers.
  3. Prior to your appointment you will receive a call from our medical staff with a few medical history questions.
  4. Once your provider is ready for your appointment, you will receive a text message with a link where you will join the video chat.
  5. Simply click on the link and enter your name and you will be in our waiting room.
